Responsibilities
Planning electrical systems for large-scale public and commercial-industrial construction projects
Advising and supporting clients in defining and refining their requirements and developing solution proposals
Acting in a project management capacity with responsibility for project costs, schedules and quality with respect to the electrical disciplines
Developing design concepts/solutions based on specific user requirements and preparing specifications and tender documents for design and construction services
Supporting the technical site management in all organizational and technical matters
Conducting as-built analyses and assessing existing installation technology
Requirements
Completed engineering degree (Diploma, Bachelor, Master) or qualification as a state-certified technician
Several years of professional experience in the planning and execution of building construction projects
Designing, calculating, sizing and supervising the installation of power and low-voltage systems in technically demanding buildings
Confident use of common calculation and tendering software (AVA)
Strong communication skills and a cooperative approach when working with specialist engineers, architects and clients
Knowledge of HOAI and VOB regulations as well as relevant technical standards
