- Analista Fiscal managing tax compliance for enterprises under Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido. Responsibilities include tax calculations, document management, and client support.
Responsibilities
- Work with companies under the Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido tax regimes
- Import and record service and goods invoices (nota fiscal)
- Issue invoices upon client request
- Prepare and review direct and indirect tax calculations (ISSQN, ICMS, ICMS-ST, ICMS DIFAL, IRRF, CSRF, PIS/COFINS, PJ/CLL), ensuring compliance and optimization
- Prepare and review Simples Nacional tax calculations
- Prepare and submit monthly municipal, state and federal ancillary tax filings
- Prepare and submit annual municipal, state and federal filings: DEFIS, DIMOB, DMED, VAF-DAMEF, DECLAN-RJ
- Organize and maintain tax document records
- Review municipal and state DTE
- Monitor and verify tax compliance in the e-CAC portal
- Issue and validate CNDs (Negative Debt Certificates) at municipal, state and federal levels
- Process tax installment agreements under management supervision
- Monitor and update tax legislation
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal deadlines
- Provide client service and support for inquiries.
