About the role

  • Field Quality Engineering Intern analyzing and validating electronic product failures. Collaborating with teams and providing issue resolution guidance in a global company.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and validate field failures reported on electronic products
  • Provide guidance on next steps for issue resolution
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and the Field Quality Leader
  • Troubleshoot electronic systems and hardware to determine initial validation and failure mode
  • Communicate with Sales/Tech Support for installation environment and troubleshooting steps
  • Track all progress of field issues and build specific reports for clarity
  • Assist in the prioritization of reported field issues
  • Involve in NPI and sustaining projects by providing field test insights

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other technical engineering fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven curiosity, initiative, and pragmatism to grow and learn
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Demonstrates leadership & interpersonal skills along with the ability to work with others positively.
