- Research Scholar contributing to Canada-Asia trade and investment research within APF Canada. Supporting data collection and developing skills in policy research, writing, and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to research and programming on Canada-Asia trade and investment relations
- Provide support to APF Canada Investment Monitor project’s data collection and management
- Develop skills in policy research, writing, and analysis
- Assist in organizing events, dialogues, and other program co-ordination tasks.
Requirements
- Interest and experience in trade and investment
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Experience in data collection, statistical analysis, and data visualization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (including strong MS Excel skills)
- M.A. (or equivalent) in Political Science, International Political Economy, International Business, Economics, or a related field
