Responsibilities
Support the financial operations including the following responsibilities:
Prepare partnership reports on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis
Support monthly finance review preparations and monthly budget vs. actual reviews
Support budget planning, financial reporting, and other global finance requirements
Conduct monthly reconciliations with local offices
Manag vendor payments and reimbursements
Follow up on GSS allocations and reclassifications
Support cash requests and FTA processes
Prepare job requisitions and MOUs
The tasks will be the same as those listed for the Globalizer team.
Additionally, the teammate will support the monthly and annual bookkeeping of Ashoka Indonesia on NetSuite regarding ASPIRe allocations.
20% of your time will be dedicated to the Ashoka Indonesia team-building activities, team meetings and non-ASPIRe NetSuite support.
Requirements
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Accounting experience and practical skill (1-3+ years).
Time management and multitasking skills.
Able to work on own initiative, proactively and independently, and under minimal supervision.
Strong team member.
Communication skills with different audiences.
Proficient in Excel and Word.
IT-savvy is a must.
Familiar with Salesforce, NetSuite, and others.
