Requirements
Successfully completed degree in human medicine or medical engineering, ideally with a specialization in orthopedics and trauma surgery
Experience in orthopedics and trauma surgery and a degree in economics or business administration
Experience in product management, strategic marketing or product development with a focus on orthopedic devices or surgical solutions
Proactive, strategic mindset with a deep understanding of the dynamics of the orthopedic market
Strong communication skills and ability to engage confidently with orthopedic surgeons, clinical staff and industry experts
Structured, independent working style with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
Business-fluent German and English, both spoken and written
Extensive experience with MS Office, SAP and CRM systems
