Responsibilities
Manage New Product Introductions effectively
Develop and execute state of the art promotional and educational programs
Drive price and product mix to maximize sales and profitability
Develop and maintain relationships with surgeon champions and KOLs
Standardize and implement sales and marketing best practices across geographies
Play an active role in the IBP process as appropriate
Take responsibility for demand generation and forecasting accuracy
Partner with Education Team to deliver best in class sales force training
Drive and influence sales force focus, effort and results
Be the market subject matter expert for the Endoscopy products, understanding market trends, competitive intelligence, product performance and evidence requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree: MBA preferred
Minimum 7 - 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3–5 years as a Product Manager in the medical technology, pharmaceutical or related industry
