Responsibilities
Welcome, assist and advise customers on the Aroma-Zone range: essential oils — their properties and precautions for use — diffusion and aromatic diffusion products, absolutes, dispersants, CO2 extracts, etc.
Advise customers on cosmetics, cosmetic kits and homemade cosmetic formulations, as well as ready-to-use organic products
Ensure customer satisfaction: greeting, assistance and promoting customer well-being
Coordinate the launch of new products in your department in liaison with development teams: training advisors, visual merchandising and presentation of new products, and shelf placement
Ensure the safety of people and merchandise in your area: prevent risky situations, manage any conflicts, and implement measures to limit unexplained inventory loss
Propose and implement customer information tools, in-store events and organizational tools to improve the quality of services delivered to customers and to facilitate store operations
Participate in store opening and closing procedures
May be required to represent the company to the press and media and to participate in shoots, photo sessions and interviews
Requirements
Holder of a Naturopathy diploma/certification
Strong knowledge of essential oils, absolutes and CO2 extracts — their properties, risks and precautions for use, and their applications in cosmetics
Good knowledge of aromatic diffusion products (diffusers)
Enjoy sales, in-store customer advising and working as part of a team
Energetic and versatile
