Responsibilities
Guide prospective students through the application process, ensuring clarity and accuracy at every stage.
Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from prospective and enrolled students regarding program details, admissions requirements, and related matters.
Provide personalized support to enrolled students awaiting Mentor assignments, offering assistance and reassurance throughout the interim period.
Provide detailed documentation of interactions with students.
Utilize the Knowledge Base when providing information, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
Specialize in delivering timely and valuable assistance to students, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and effectiveness.
Handle complex situations with domestic students, demonstrating empathy, patience, and expertise in navigating various scenarios.
Collaborate effectively with leaders to optimize the enrollment process and enhance the student experience.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent or current enrollment in PathwayConnect
Current CES Student at one of the following institutions:
- BYU-Pathway Worldwide
- Ensign College
- BYU - Idaho
- Brigham Young University
- BYU-Hawaii (Living in Utah or Idaho)
Students on an F-1 or J-1 visa must currently be enrolled at Ensign College
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
