About the role

  • Marketing Manager responsible for implementing strategic marketing plans to drive growth for Armanino’s Corporate Finance & Advisory services across multiple industries. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing campaigns for measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of the Advisory team strategic marketing plan, ensuring alignment with broader firm GTM objectives and business priorities.
  • Serve as the primary marketing advisor to Advisory Partners and Directors, shaping messaging, visibility strategies, industry positioning and growth motions.
  • Evaluate market opportunities across priority industries such as Technology, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Private Equity, Real Estate and tailor campaigns accordingly.
  • Build and manage integrated, multi‑channel campaigns—including, but not limited to nurture streams, digital and events—to generate awareness, MQLs, and revenue impact.
  • Develop and drive the full lifecycle of campaign development: strategy, messaging, content, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Produce and oversee development of high‑value content (thought leadership, case studies, videos, infographics, industry pieces) in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the creative team.
  • Take ownership, lead planning and execution of CFOA conferences, sponsorships, industry events, and referral luncheons/happy hours/diners, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or related experience) preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services, consulting, corporate finance, or related industries.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi‑channel marketing programs with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including direct engagement with Partners, Directors, and SMEs.
  • Excellent writing, messaging, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing systems such as CRM tools, project management, analytics platforms.
