About the role

• Junior Product Engineer supporting the development and improvement of disinfection solutions at Arjo. Engaging in product modification, testing, and technical documentation preparation.

Responsibilities

• Modifying and improving Arjo products and solutions in line with implementation project goals
• Building prototypes and testing new solutions in the lab
• Preparing technical documentation - technical drawings
• Solving product-related quality issues
• Preparing engineering changes for implementation
• Participating in projects aimed at optimizing products and manufacturing processes
• Working daily in SolidWorks (2D and 3D), PDM, Advantum

Requirements

• A degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline)
• Knowledge of mechanics, materials engineering, and basic hydraulics
• Ability to create technical documentation and design in a 3D environment (SolidWorks preferred)
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level)
• Fluency in Polish, both spoken and written
• High level of motivation and energy to take initiative
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships easily
• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of electronics
• Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company
