About the role

  • Sales Enablement Coordinator enhancing sales efficiency in the Gaming Systems division at Aristocrat. Responsibilities include organizing proposals and improving customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Exercise full responsibility for the planning, organization, and development of complex proposal responses, bid preparations, and presentations
  • Build compelling sales presentations and collateral to improve sales turnover
  • Coordinate proposal response efforts (RFP, RFI, RPQ) to ensure timely and compliant development, production, and delivery
  • Lead and participate in writing, editing, organizing, and formatting Regional Marketing Announcement Memorandums (RMAMs) and End of Life (EOL) notices
  • Identify areas for improving customer happiness and repeat business, communicating issues and solutions to upper management
  • Optimize complex workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Contribute to our company culture by collaborating with various teams and collaborators
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or product management
  • Knowledge or experience in casino operations is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in both formal and informal presentations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities and manage time independently
  • Proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the language
  • This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
