About the role

  • Insurance Account Handler supporting client portfolios and building relationships in Swansea. Offering a hybrid work model with focus on client interaction and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting a designated client portfolio
  • Acting as their first point of contact
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Supporting clients with queries as they arise

Requirements

  • Some experience of the Insurance Industry is essential for this role
  • Proactive, use your initiative, and show us your entrepreneurial spirit
  • Have a willingness to learn and be curious
  • Confidence to work with clients both on the phone and face to face
  • Some experience in customer service is important
