About the role

  • Senior Project Architect managing workplace design projects for Arcadis in New York. Overseeing technical development and ensuring high-quality, innovative architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the production, and coordination of technical drawings through all project phases—from Concept Design through to Construction Documentation
  • Oversee the development and integration of design solutions, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulations
  • Manage multiple projects, providing technical guidance to junior staff and ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, and client objectives
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate the smooth delivery of projects
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and performance goals

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture and an active architectural license
  • 8-10 years of experience, with a proven track record in workplace design and project delivery
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in BIM coordination
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions
