- Responsible for managing all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects
- Work with the client and general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget
- Manage the General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors on the ground
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques
- Ability to manage technical disciplines
- Experience working on Data Centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably on hyperscale builds
- Ability to coordinate the work of other discipline specific Owner’s Representatives to achieve the objectives set by the client
- Ability to commit to significant international travel
