About the role
- Principal Management Consultant supporting digital advisory practice at Arcadis for utility companies. Focusing on technology advisory, strategy development, and implementation of advanced utility solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Advisory Leadership to strengthen Arcadis’ presence in the utility technology arena.
- Support the growth and delivery of services, including developing and leading internal teams to execute projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, executives, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Serve as a strategic liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Support utility clients in planning and executing AMI or other utility technology implementations.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, financial performance, and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead and direct applicable user training and system testing activities.
- Coach project personnel and promote best practices to improve tools, processes, and overall performance.
- Provide annual thought leadership in these domains through key industry events and forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 10+ Years of progressive experience in the utility industry.
