Responsibilities
This role will form an integral part of our Global Excellence Centre (GEC).
Contributing to a range of high-profile projects.
Develop workplace test fits, space planning studies, and layout solutions.
Deliver accurate, efficient, and code‑compliant planning within tight deadlines.
Help clients assess feasibility and optimize their space.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as MEP and cost consultants.
Contribute to improving digital workflows and planning tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Workplace design.
Solid experience in test-fitting, blocking, and space planning.
Ability to produce accurate test fits within tight deadlines (24–48 hours preferred).
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, working knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
Familiarity with 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp or Enscape is preferred.
Working knowledge of commercial building codes, ADA requirements, and space standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maximize space efficiency within constraints.
Good coordination skills with MEP and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
