About the role

  • Compliance Programs Coordinator supporting operational functions for Global Compliance team at Arcadis. Coordinating compliance program activities, documentation, and stakeholder communication within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of Compliance program activities, timelines, and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining policies, process documentation, program trackers, and status updates.
  • Help schedule meetings, workshops, and implementation sessions with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Assist in gathering Compliance information, preparing basic reports, and maintaining dashboards.
  • Support data integrity efforts by performing routine checks and flagging inconsistencies.
  • Provide support in the Compliance tools such as Integrity Line and Case Management System, triage and escalation, reporting.
  • Help prepare end‑user guides, FAQs, and simplified instructions for Compliance processes and systems.
  • Consistently think of process improvements, assist in Compliance initiatives from project design, coordination, configuration and implementation.
  • Support the development of Compliance communication and training materials in different platforms.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, awareness campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Assist with summarizing lessons learned and preparing simple communication updates.
  • Provide responsive support to Compliance Officers, CoE members, and other internal partners.
  • Maintain good working relationships with global and local Compliance contacts, L&C Operations, the SharePoint development team, and similar groups.
  • Role‑model integrity and contribute to a speak‑up culture.
  • Follow Compliance policies, procedures, and the ABC Framework.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in collaborating with global teams across time zones.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of professional experience in compliance, risk, operations, coordination, HR, project management, shared services, or related fields.
  • Experience working with documentation, data handling, or process support in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to work with digital tools and learn new systems (e.g., Oracle Learn Cloud, SharePoint).
