About the role
- Lead technical direction for Urban Development team at Arcadis, delivering sustainable solutions and projects while mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Overall verification and sign-off of milestone delivery of projects/task, liaise any concerns or development with the region if needed.
- Ensure the delivery of projects/tasks within the team is in accordance with Management Systems to meet time, quality, and Budget.
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
- Engage with the senior leadership in the Region around technical matters.
- Develop and implement new digital solutions on urban development projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering;
- Knowledge of technical software (Civil 3D, 12d Model or other relevant);
- Strong English language skills;
- With 15 years or more experience in Civil Engineering Design particularly in Land/Urban Development
- Familiar with Canadian or US standards
- Familiar with Australian standards
- Familiar with European Legislation
