About the role

  • Betriebsleiter managing gastronomic facilities for Aramark. Focused on team leadership, quality control, and event planning.

Responsibilities

  • Management of Aramark-operated food service facilities
  • Culinary and business/operational management, including team leadership
  • Daily quality assurance and communication with guests and clients
  • Planning, coordination and execution of events
  • Office administration (including bookkeeping and operational accounting)
  • Responsibility for ensuring compliance with food safety laws and internal standards

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality
  • Additional qualification as a hotel business administrator (Hotelbetriebswirt) or master craftsman (Meister) is advantageous
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Several years of leadership experience and knowledge of administrative operations management
  • Organizational skills and strong interpersonal competence
