About the role
- Engineering Manager responsible for facility and mechanical systems at Adventures on the Gorge, ensuring safe operations and compliance. Leading maintenance efforts and collaborating with operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of all facilities, infrastructure, and mechanical systems across the resort
- Plans, directs, and executes all activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services
- Oversees maintenance operations across lodging units, F&B outlets, retail locations, recreation facilities, transportation assets, and common areas
- Responsible for maintaining all aquatic facilities, including pool systems
- Partners closely with Operations, Lodging, Food & Beverage, Risk, and Safety teams
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and/or engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in a management role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage function independently, without direct supervision
- The ability to multi-task is a must
