Responsibilities
Act as the functional lead on Employee Central topics and support clients throughout their HRIS transformation projects, from design to go-live
Lead project and delivery of end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
Prepare and facilitate functional workshops
Design, configure and validate EC solutions based on client requirements
Ensure data quality and manage data collection with clients
Adapt configurations to local legal and financial requirements
Organize and support testing, go-live and post go-live phases
Support change management activities
Provide training for end users and administrators
Ensure knowledge transfer to client teams
Participate in RFPs and pre-sales activities
Contribute to the development of EC offerings
Take part in webinars, workshops and internal knowledge sharing
Requirements
Strong experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects in an international environment
Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and its sub-modules (EC certification required; Time Management is a plus)
Good understanding of HR processes and HRIS ecosystems
Experience with testing and post-go-live support
Knowledge of project methodologies
Experience in client relationship management
