About the role
- Public Relations Intern supporting Aqua Expeditions’ global PR and communications team. Gaining first-hand experience in luxury travel and expedition cruising within a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Track and record online media coverage to measure ROI and brand visibility.
- Support the organization of press trips.
- Oversee our online media center by uploading and managing press releases, digital coverage, and print clippings.
- Ensure press clippings and monthly reports are accurately saved and maintained in our database.
- Keep our press trip trackers up to date and organized.
- Update our CRM with new media contacts.
- Assist with research and provide administrative support for ongoing campaigns and press events.
Requirements
- Currently an undergraduate student in business, hospitality, communications, or a related field at a recognized university (e.g., EHL, SMU, NUS, NTU)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German are a plus.
- Strong interest in luxury travel and hospitality.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
