Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-visibility transformation projects across U.S. benefits administration business.
Own delivery outcomes, dependencies, and benefits realization for assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment to business objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact and thought partner for assigned initiatives, managing expectations and driving both alignment and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as appropriate.
Apply established project governance, reporting, and documentation standards to ensure transparency and consistency.
Support financial stewardship of initiatives, including tracking spend, assessing impacts to business cases, and supporting delivery of expected benefits.
Innovate, drive and support continuous client-centric improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance delivery processes, tools, and ways of working.
Ensure projects align with U.S. regulatory, data privacy, and compliance requirements relevant to benefits administration.
Requirements
10+ years of transformation, project management, or similar experience.
Proven track record leading complex enterprise-wide or cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Experience managing large-scale change impacting people, processes, systems, and technology.
Strong hands-on project management experience, including direct ownership of delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders as a thought and execution partner.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent story telling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project status, risks, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Six Sigma, or equivalent) preferred.
Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
Consulting experience is a plus.
