Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-visibility transformation projects across U.S. benefits administration business.
- Own delivery outcomes, dependencies, and benefits realization for assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment to business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact and thought partner for assigned initiatives, managing expectations and driving both alignment and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as appropriate.
- Apply established project governance, reporting, and documentation standards to ensure transparency and consistency.
- Support financial stewardship of initiatives, including tracking spend, assessing impacts to business cases, and supporting delivery of expected benefits.
- Innovate, drive and support continuous client-centric improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance delivery processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Ensure projects align with U.S. regulatory, data privacy, and compliance requirements relevant to benefits administration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of transformation, project management, or similar experience.
- Proven track record leading complex enterprise-wide or cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing large-scale change impacting people, processes, systems, and technology.
- Strong hands-on project management experience, including direct ownership of delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders as a thought and execution partner.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent story telling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project status, risks, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Six Sigma, or equivalent) preferred.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
