About the role

  • Sales Lead responsible for product distribution and team management for Apres-Allstars in Germany. Focusing on client relations and strategic planning in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assume central responsibility for sales
  • Organization, coordination and accountability: Sales
  • No cold calling; focus on handling and nurturing existing contacts and leads
  • Establishment of the POS area (possibly including retail)
  • Support with team management
  • With attention to controlling tasks (KPI monitoring, strategic financial planning)

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience
  • Proven track record (e.g., successfully and responsibly founded, led, or sold a company)
  • Intrinsic motivation, commitment and loyalty
  • Awareness of entrepreneurial mindset and behavior, both technically and mentally
  • "Digital working" — enthusiasm for working with the online world and its tools
  • Independence, positive attitude and optimistic thinking
