About the role

  • Sales role in distribution and product marketing at Apres-Allstars. Seeking to enhance the core team with a focus on successful product design and e-commerce expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Organization, coordination and overall responsibility for sales
  • That is: no cold calling, but handling and nurturing existing contacts and leads
  • Launch and development of the POS area (potentially including retail)
  • Support with team management
  • Taking into account key controlling tasks (KPI monitoring, strategic financial planning)

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience
  • Proven track record (e.g., successfully and responsibly founded, led, or sold a company)
  • Intrinsic motivation, commitment & loyalty
  • Awareness of entrepreneurial thinking and behavior, both technically and mentally
  • Comfortable with digital work — enthusiastic about using online tools and platforms
  • Independence, positive attitude & optimistic thinking
