Responsibilities

  • Create Static and Video In-App Visuals: Design high-quality static visuals and short video assets that enhance user experience and engagement across our mobile apps
  • Develop App Store & Play Store Creatives: Produce screenshot sets, feature graphics, preview videos, and promotional videos to maximize visibility and conversion
  • Design Performance-Driven Creatives: Create static and video assets for paid ads, lifecycle campaigns, and performance marketing channels
  • Shape App Brand Identities: Strengthen the visual language and brand consistency of our apps through both static and motion design
  • Develop Creative Concepts: Bring fresh visual and video ideas that capture attention and elevate our products
  • Design Digital Marketing Assets: Produce static and video content for social media, presentations, internal communications, and external marketing
  • Support A/B Testing & Iteration: Analyze creative performance and continuously optimize static and video assets
  • Refine & Optimize Existing Assets: Improve current visual and video materials based on performance data and design trends.

Requirements

  • Graphic Design Experience: At least 3 years of experience in digital products, mobile apps, or performance-focused environments
  • Design Tools Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (for lightweight motion/video needs)
  • Static Design Capability: Proven ability to create high-quality static visual assets for in-app experiences, App Store & Play Store pages, paid ads, and marketing channels
  • Strong Visual Sense: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
  • Creative & Conceptual Thinker: Ability to translate ideas into compelling static and video designs
  • Excellent Multitasking Skills: Comfortable managing multiple static and video projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative Communicator: Works closely with product, marketing, and growth teams
  • Detail-Oriented & Adaptive: Continuously refines work to align with brand and performance goals
  • Fluent in English: Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
