Responsibilities
Own & Drive Brand & Employer Brand Strategy: Shape how AppNation is perceived across all channels; develop and execute strategies to increase awareness, credibility, and positioning - both as a product company and a top employer, including PR and external visibility.
Own Content & Social Media Presence: Manage and grow our LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms with high-quality, consistent content; create storytelling that reflects our products, culture, and way of working.
Manage Brand Touchpoints (Website, Careers & Assets): Continuously improve our website and careers pages; ensure consistency across all brand materials including digital assets and company merchandise.
Shape Company Culture & Internal Experience: Contribute to defining and evolving company culture through rituals, storytelling, and internal initiatives; work closely with People & Culture and leadership to strengthen engagement and internal communication.
Own Candidate Experience & Touchpoints: Design and improve how candidates interact with AppNation across all touchpoints - from first impression to offer.
Build Communities & Lead Events: Plan and execute internal and external events, meetups, and activations; build relationships with tech, design, and student communities; support university collaborations.
Track & Optimize Performance: Monitor engagement, reach, hiring funnel quality, and brand perception metrics; continuously improve based on insights.
Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in brand, content, social media, community, or employer branding roles.
Strong Communicator & Storyteller: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to craft clear, engaging, and authentic content.
Social Media & Community Expert: Strong understanding of social platforms and content trends; hands-on experience managing accounts and building communities.
People & Culture Mindset: Interest or experience in company culture, employee experience, and internal engagement.
Organized & Proactive: Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Data-Driven with Business Acumen: Comfortable tracking performance metrics and understanding how brand impacts growth, hiring, and retention.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
