Requirements
- University degree in Business Informatics, Engineering or Natural Sciences, Law, or Business Administration with a strong IT focus
- Experience in project management or business analysis and demonstrated IT affinity through studies, work, voluntary activities, or personal projects
- Preferably experience in public administration, the judiciary, the financial sector, or healthcare
- Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking, and a creative, pragmatic approach
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, combined with enjoyment of teamwork
- Open, communicative personality with a talent for and enjoyment in building trusting relationships
- Confident written and presentation skills in German. Very good English and French skills are a plus
- Flexibility regarding travel within German-speaking Switzerland
