About the role
- Advisor handling financial accounting and reporting at corporate level. Involved in compliance, IFRS standards, and month-end closing processes.
Responsibilities
- Assists with preparation of financial activity data and reports on a cyclical cadence basis. They include:
- a) Support for the month end closing including journals posting, update and manage lease accounting entries and perform consolidation activities.
- b) Prepare various monthly reports to stakeholders, such as forex analysis, cash flow statement and others.
- Quarterly basis: KWE reporting package, financials with variance analysis,
- Maintain and update all BPC master data
- Support Statistical Return and Pricing Survey
- Monitor and analyse on unbilled receivable balances
- Perform administrative and transactional tasks within the finance information system. They include:
- * Setup of new company codes in SAP
- * Support change requests with GL data fields
- * Perform data loading from BW to BPC
- * Resolve system issues
- Provide financial modeling input into business cases, costs, and schedules to support growth in the business.
- Develop and deliver financial guidelines and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice
- Support the adoption and assessment of new accounting standards, in collaboration with external consultants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience in finance and accounting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation processes
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
