Responsibilities
Contributing to the design of our approach to the capability needs outlined in the PACT program.
Supporting the design, development and implementation of the risk capability framework and the risk capability assessment for management of Non-Financial Risk to strengthen capability across the three lines of defence.
Engaging with a vast range of stakeholders and following all PACT requirements.
Building strong relationships.
Supporting the design and build of the risk capability framework and assessment. Supporting their successful test, refinement and delivery.
Requirements
Experience in and credibility to work with stakeholders to shape and deliver capability initiatives for measurable impact.
Strong management skills, including the ability to distil diverse insights into actionable and commercial designs.
Strength in influencing outcomes, while building trusted and deep relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
Ability to design and build solutions across a blend of modalities, supporting their successful test, refinement and delivery
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Comfort working through ambiguity to solve complex problems.
Project and product management skills and the ability to operationalise and run enterprise programs.
Experience in capability initiatives across large, complex organisations.
Understanding of vendor management and partnerships to deliver strategic initiatives.
Qualifications in Organisational Development (OD), Learning, Organisational Psychology, or other relevant professions in HR, Business or Human Behaviour, or equivalent experience gained in learning, compliance, governance, or project support roles.
