About the role
- Intern working with the Verification, Testing and Approval team on robotics testing methodologies. Gaining real-world experience at ANYbotics in Zurich, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop novel infrastructures for robotics testing
- Perform various tests on full robot platforms as well as bench tests of robots sub-systems
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, mechanical, electrical engineering or related fields
- Basic experience in designing and executing experiments, involving sensors and mechatronic systems
- Experience with CAD software
- Good programming experience with python
- Hands-on attitude
- Ability to work autonomously in a team and to contribute to the development of new testing methodologies
- Good communication skills in English both verbally and in writing
- Nice to have: Basic understanding of thermodynamics, Experience with building and programming microcontroller kits, Experience with ROS, Basic programming experience with C++
