About the role

  • Supply Chain Sustainability Principal or Senior Consultant driving sustainability strategies in supply chains. Collaborate with clients to design effective supplier engagement programs and navigate regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a sustainability practitioner (Senior Consultant) or 7+ years (Principal Consultant)
  • Expertise in human rights and environmental due diligence within a company’s direct operations and value chain and supplier engagement
  • Experience with corporate supply chains, sourcing/procurement, and/or supplier engagement/capacity-building
  • Strong understanding of Climate/Net Zero-related concepts
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail in large datasets, savvy with data visualizations, and advanced competency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience developing dynamic dashboards using platforms such as PowerBI or Tableau is valued
  • A personable and passionate individual that works well with teams
  • Comfortable and confident liaising with key stakeholders across all levels of a business
  • Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in the local language is required – German/French/Spanish as a bonus is a plus.
