Responsibilities
Optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance operations and increase supply chain efficiencies.
Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Planning, Order Management, Logistics, and Finance.
Serve as the subject matter expert on operations and customer supply chain requirements.
Identify solutions and risks in supporting supply to drive growth.
Assist in developing joint business plans with key stakeholders.
Lead and support projects aimed at improving performance and building capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or 8-10 years of related experience.
Previous experience as a Customer Supply Chain Manager or Customer Operations Manager required.
6+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
Proven track record in driving operational excellence and achieving KPI targets.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
End to end Supply Chain knowledge and experience highly desirable.
