About the role

• Senior Consultant leading EHS projects with a focus on transnational Due Diligence at Anthesis. Collaborating internationally and developing tailored consulting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) due diligence in Germany / DACH region;
• EHS compliance support;
• Management and coordination of multinational EHS and sustainability programs;
• Participation in sustainability strategy and reporting as well as other sustainability-related projects;

Requirements

• Solid proficiency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage;
• 2–5 years of experience in environmental or EHS consulting or as an auditor; site investigation / Phase II experience (soil and groundwater investigations) is an advantage;
• Degree in environmental or chemical engineering, geology, environmental sciences, or a related field;
• Enjoy working in international teams;
• Strong communication and analytical skills;
• Willingness to take on project responsibility and work independently with strong organizational and project management abilities;
• Strong interest in working in virtual international teams;
• Interest and motivation to contribute in a dynamic work environment to advance sustainability;
• Willingness to travel one to two times per month (typically 1 overnight), mainly within Germany;
• Valid driver's license;
