  • Sales Application Engineer driving OEM business growth for sealing technology. Collaborating with clients to solve technical challenges while managing strategic direction in the Polish market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the OEM business to drive strategic direction and accelerate business growth in the Polish market.
  • Acquire leading customers in sealing technology.
  • Initiate sales initiatives in the Polish market to accelerate growth.
  • Work closely with customers' technical teams to design and develop solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Business is required.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in B2B solution selling and technical project management.
  • Experience in sealing technology or a related industry is a significant advantage.
  • Self-motivated, sales-oriented personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to present ideas to diverse audiences and communicate across different business levels.
  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Polish and English language skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work from a satellite office while being responsible for the Polish market.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
