Responsibilities
Drive pump sales and maximize Order Intake (OI) for standard and special engineered pumps water & industrial projects across North America.
Build strong relationships with corporate key accounts, engineering firms, EPCs, and end users.
Lead proposal development, including technical and commercial components, and manage submissions and customer discussions.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams.
Use CRM and SAP for tracking opportunities, orders, and customer updates.
Deliver technical presentations and training sessions.
Work with global teams to align technical and business solutions.
Ensure synergies with the local ANDRITZ organization.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
Minimum 8–10 years' experience in engineered pumps sales, covering both standard and special engineered water & industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of Water business.
Strong understanding of technical specifications of pumps and related equipment.
Experience with hydraulic selection tools is an advantage.
Experience using CRM tools, SAP, proficiency in MS Office applications.
Proven ability to work cross-culturally with global teams in Europe and manufacturing plants.
