About the role
- Quality Engineer responsible for non-destructive testing within the Quality Management at Andritz Group. Collaborating with clients and suppliers in ensuring project quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Erstellen, Ändern und Freigeben von Prüf- und Verfahrensanweisungen
- Ansprechpartner für alle ZfP bezogenen Themen
- Verantwortung für Qualifizierungs- und Zertifizierungsprozesse im Bereich ZfP
- Festlegen von Prüftechniken (Oberflächen- und Volumsprüfungen)
- Prüfplanung und –umsetzung basierend auf Vertrags- und Normanforderungen
- Koordination der qualitätsbezogenen Aktivitäten unter Einbindung aller Projektbeteiligten (Kunden, lokale Qualitätsorganisationen, Lieferanten, etc.) innerhalb des definierten Verantwortungsbereiches
- Planung und Durchführung von Abnahmen bei Lieferanten
- Sicherstellen dass alle Projektaktivitäten gemäß der Qualitätsanforderungen umgesetzt werden
- Erstellung, Kontrolle und Freigabe der Qualitätsdokumentation für das Projekt im Bereich ZfP
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Vergleichbares
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der qualitäts-technischen Projektlandschaft (Maschinen- und Anlagenbau)
- ZFP (VT, MT, PT, UT, RT) LII/LIII gem. EN ISO 9712 oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erfahrung mit SNT-TC-1 von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Schweiß-, Schmiede- und Gussbauteilen notwendig
- Deutschkenntnisse notwendig
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft zumindest 70%
