- Source candidates through various platforms who are interested in a traveling therapy career.
- Present candidates as a potential match, highlighting their strengths and alignment with our mission.
- Collaborate with therapists to create meaningful work opportunities that help everyone succeed!
- Initiate phone calls to candidates, including prospecting and fast follow-up with job board applicants.
- Utilize a variety of recruiting tools to develop a growing pipeline of potential traveler therapy candidates including an internal database, referrals, etc.
- Develop relationships and influence candidates regarding the job market.
- Influence potential traveler candidates on the benefits of employment with travel and assignment to Anders Group’s clients.
- Create candidates’ compensation packages and guide potential traveler candidate profiles to submit to Anders Group’s clients including all necessary documentation.
- Continuing building relationships with Travelers while on assignment to maintain customer service.
- Identify, address and plan for “red flag” concerns with or about Travelers on assignment to ensure everyone is set up for success.
- Post jobs on Anders Group outlets.
Requirements
- Travel Therapy/Allied Healthcare Staffing or Therapist experience preferred
- Associates/Bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience in sales or service industry preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook.
- Sales mentality with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
