Responsibilities
To lead the “Region” OEM Automotive sales to build and deliver sales QCS to the company operating plan
Additionally the Regional OEM Manager will work to ensure OEM Prospect and Customer satisfaction at all stages of the customer lifecycle
Requirements
Proven record of success in managing both in-house and field sales personnel
A minimum of 5 years Sales experience gained in a Technology Solutions sales environment
A demonstrable track record in selling a technology solution where the ROI has been based on business process change/optimisation
Able to demonstrate the ability to build strong partnerships with Marketing to maximise effectiveness of marketing and sales resources
Exposure to a wide variety of OEM from small importers to to multi national complex organisations
Highly computer literate and demonstrates a strong familiarity with CRM/SFDC systems
Strong commercial and financial acumen
