Responsibilities
- You support our clients in the introduction and further development of modern workplace solutions using Microsoft 365 – from requirements gathering through to implementation.
- You take responsibility for your own subprojects, work closely with more experienced colleagues, and continuously develop your consulting skills.
- You design workshops and end-user trainings and know exactly how to facilitate processes, manage change, and deliver real value.
Requirements
- Passionate about consulting with initial hands-on experience in the Microsoft 365 environment
- Up to date in the M365 ecosystem and possess good knowledge of various collaboration tools
- Enthusiastic about process analysis, change management, and modern collaboration
- Strong communicator, a team player, and committed to continuous personal development
- Generally willing to travel to advise our clients on-site – with respect for a balanced work-life arrangement
- Linguistically proficient with very good German language skills (spoken and written) to advise our clients professionally and conduct workshops confidently.
