Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced team environment towards a business transformation to support the improvement of the client portal platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the product, representing the interests of stakeholders and users.
- Consolidate content update requests from different business units (descriptive text, technical requests) and assist in prioritization.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure the backlog is continually refined and updated based on evolving business needs and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, including software engineers, designers, and testers, to ensure a common understanding of requirements and priorities.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria. Ensure delivered features meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and user needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the product team and the organization as a whole.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Work experience as a business analyst or product owner in agile software development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverable.
- Bilingual in French and English. (An asset)
- Experience with B2B applications is an asset.
