About the role
- Sr. Data Scientist focusing on marketing optimization and machine learning productionization at Americor. Collaborating across teams to build predictive models and insights for executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Perform extensive exploratory analyses across all the marketing channels
- Develop, test, productionalize, monitor and maintain propensity models to optimize marketing investment and customer acquisition in AWS leveraging S3, Lambda and SageMaker
- Productionize machine learning models with real-time and distributed batch scoring
- Proficiency with MLOps practices and tools for model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines
- Build dashboards in Tableau to communicate model trends, insights and performance
- Identify new areas of opportunity and ideate with stakeholders on new projects
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging ML technologies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience applying ML within lead generation and digital marketing
- Advanced AWS experience; solutions architect certification or equivalent expertise preferred
- Advanced proficiency with XGBoost, Neural Networks, and other ML techniques
- Advanced Python, SQL and Tableau
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
- Proven ability to position oneself to advise and teach across a data organization
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred
