About the role

Responsibilities
- Execute procurement processes to ensure operational and administrative requirements are met
- Request and evaluate offers (RFQs) and conduct negotiations with suppliers
- Monitor the market to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Develop new supplier relationships and improve negotiation outcomes
- Manage and maintain supplier contracts and qualifications
- Implement and monitor strategic procurement negotiations
- Conduct occasional supplier visits for quality assurance and process optimization
- Analyze cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
- Maintain the supplier database for assigned material categories
- Prepare KPI reports and ensure transparency in procurement controlling
- Work closely with the Procurement Manager and the purchasing team to optimize procurement strategy and identify supply chain risks
Requirements
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel (advanced level)
- Negotiation-level German (native or equivalent)
- Very good English, spoken and written (at least B2 level)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Team player with flexibility when working across internal interfaces
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Confident presence in a dynamic environment and when interacting with management
