About the role
- Engineering Intern position supporting Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System projects for Ameresco. Collaborating with Engineers and Project Managers in project development and execution.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Developers, Engineers and Project Managers to provide project support as needed on Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System projects.
- Aggregate and organize data and correspondence (e.g. drawings, utility interconnection applications and data entry/upload as necessary).
- Perform on-site activities and site support as dictated by project phase/requirements, as necessary.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Working toward a B.S. in Engineering, preferably in something focused on Renewable & Clean Energy.
- Willing to be able to travel to different Ameresco sites.
- Modeling software proficiency as well as MS Office program experience preferred.
