About the role

  • Product Analytics Manager leading analytics strategy for guest-facing products in Hospitality at Amadeus. Collaborating across teams to enhance user behavior analysis and product performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the long-term analytics strategy across all guest-facing hospitality products, ensuring alignment with business goals, KPIs, and client needs;
  • Guide and support the analytics function, mentor the Senior Product Analyst (dotted-line reporting), and lead collaboration with external analytics vendors and consultants;
  • Work closely with product, UX, development, marketing, and go-to-market teams to embed analytics into the product lifecycle and support Operations;
  • Support high-end clients and client-facing teams with advanced analytics implementations, campaign tracking, and strategic measurement guidance;
  • Ensure analytics practices are scalable, privacy-compliant, and aligned with legal, regulatory, and internal standards;
  • Generate actionable insights, establish regular reporting and case study processes, and support product and UX decisions through data;
  • Promote a data-informed mindset across the organization by sharing best practices and success stories, and enabling teams to confidently use analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline;
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Python, or tag management platforms) are preferred;
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and SQL are a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in digital or product analytics, with a strong background in e-commerce;
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
  • Candidates should have worked on analytics for consumer-facing digital platforms, such as websites, mobile apps or online services.
  • Strong understanding of digital product performance metrics, user behavior analysis, and conversion optimization;
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2B2C business models is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional analytics initiatives and collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and senior stakeholders;
  • Experience mentoring and guiding team members and managing external analytics vendors or consultants, including budgeting, contracting, and overseeing deliverables;
  • Strong technical proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar);
  • Skilled in identifying problems, analyzing root causes, and developing data-driven solutions;
  • High attention to detail and data quality, with a strong focus on accuracy, validation, and reliability of insights;
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, through written reports and presentations;
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required;
  • Spanish and/or French are a plus.
