Responsibilities
- Work on Flight management system configuration for airlines ground handled on Amadeus Flight Management.
- Project Manage implementation of new customers onto Flight Management software and other products.
- Assist airlines in the configuration of the DBM to enhance use of Flight Management.
- Support the business in all aspects of Flight Safety.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and flight safety.
- Provide consultancy services to airline and aviation industry clients.
- Partner with Research and Development (R&D) teams to design and test new system features for safety and compliance.
- Support sales engagements with prospective customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in weight and balance limitations for airline operations.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the use of aircraft manufacturers technical documentation.
- Familiarity with system engineering and requirements management.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel for company, customer and industry meetings and events.
- Problem solving ability, team working and attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and literate in Microsoft Word/PowerPoint.
