About the role
- Join the RISO team in Bangalore, supporting vulnerability governance and security improvements globally. Collaborate with IT teams on remediation and security KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate vulnerability data and ensure migration of reporting to Sight (CISO Dashboard).
- Collaborate with infrastructure and IT teams to track remediation and improve Network Access Control (NAC).
- Contribute to defining and reporting security Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with audit requirements.
- Support governance for non-corporate software and awareness programs.
- Assist with incident response, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of IT security fundamentals and vulnerability lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze data and create reports using tools like Excel or Power BI.
- Familiarity with vulnerability scanners (e.g., Qualys, Crowdstrike) and IT environments (servers, endpoints, cloud).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in multicultural teams.
- Motivated to learn and adapt in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
- Basic scripting (Python or PowerShell) and knowledge of SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk) are helpful but not required.
- Understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001 is an advantage.
