About the role

  • Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho supporting Segurança, Meio Ambiente e Saúde in submarinas operations for Petrobras in Macaé/RJ. Contribuir para ambientes de trabalho seguros e cumprimento de normas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor activities related to Safety, Environment and Health (SMS) across operational fronts
  • Monitor safety conditions in subsea operations, ensuring compliance with standards, procedures and contractual requirements
  • Support the identification, recording and resolution of deviations, incidents and safety non-conformities
  • Perform preliminary risk analyses and support the application of methodologies such as APR, What If, Bow-Tie and FMEA to support operations
  • Participate in operational risk assessments, contributing to the implementation of control and mitigation measures
  • Oversee critical activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, work permits and SMS requirements
  • Support incident investigation and analysis, contributing to root cause identification and the definition of corrective and preventive actions
  • Contribute to emergency management and response, following the ICS (Incident Command System) methodology
  • Maintain records, controls and prepare technical SMS reports, ensuring traceability of activities and occurrences
  • Support the dissemination of a safety culture, advising teams on SMS best practices and operational requirements
  • Monitor safety performance indicators, contributing to the monitoring and continuous improvement of operations
  • Act in accordance with the guidelines, standards and procedures established in the contract technical specification and the operation's SMS policies

Requirements

  • Completed technical course
  • Technical qualification in Occupational Safety recognized by MEC (Brazilian Ministry of Education)
  • Active professional registration
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the oil & gas sector
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
  • Experience applying risk analysis tools such as FMEA, Bow-Tie, What If, APR, PMBOK, among others
  • Knowledge of the ICS (Incident Command System) methodology
  • Experience in subsea projects and operations will be considered an advantage
