About the role
- Area Manager tasked with positioning Only & Sons Stores in the German retail market. Collaborating with the International Retail Manager for strategic growth in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Our first Area Manager (m/f/d) in our ambitious Only & Sons Germany expansion team, based in the Wolfsburg area
- Our strategy: to establish Only & Sons in the German men's retail market
- Work together with the International Retail Manager to position our ONLY & SONS stores in the German market
- Work closely with the Retail Manager
- Bring strategic and tactical skills as well as the talent and motivation needed for day-to-day retail operations
- Be a source of inspiration for our Shop Managers, providing coaching and structure
- Ensure excellent daily customer service and customer loyalty through innovative sales strategies
- Together with Store Managers and the recruitment department, be responsible for recruiting new employees
- Be goal-oriented and demonstrate success through your results
